Qualikom has been developing dynamic websites / applications since 1997. These web/apps are all managed by their owners. Management is simple with the use of our own QCPanel interface, anyone can use it. (QCPanel is a specially developed interface that is often used by clients whose web site we develop, there is no rocket science and no need to be technical to use this interface).
Web development comes under a broad scope in terms of work involved when developing a website or application for the internet or even an Intranet.In any way, the work includes, web design, content development, client liaison, database development, client side and server side scripting and more.
However, among web professionals, "web development" usually refers to the non-design aspects for building web sites and writing html and coding. Ranges from developing the simplest static single page with plain text site, to the most complex database driven applications for larger organizations.
